so yesterday i had a total hippy moment and decided to jam on the vibe i was getting from the rain. i just stood in my open doorway and jammed on guitar. luckily i had the sense to record it, and ended up with an epic 21+ minute song which i broke up into four parts and posted on a brand new myspace music profile: http://www.myspace.com/RandomResin and can be downloaded at: http://www.reverbnation.com/JohnnyResin i really dig what came out. the only editing i did at all was the cutting into four pieces. no extra effects, nothing cut out, all mistakes left in. and i still really dig it. it's mellow, but not depressing. very ambient. super

i may start drawing more often...or not...i haven't decided... but at least i just did something that was neither a Sharpie drawing nor Photoshop... i hadn't done a REAL drawing in a while...took me a long time to even find a pencil!
